Don't be afraid of Cotton Candy. It is one of the most PROFITABLE items you can easily add to your Concession stand or Snackbar. A serving of Cotton Candy costs as little as 10 cents on a cone which can sell for up to $ 2.00. The Super Jumbo bags can cost as little as 40 cents and sell for as high as $ 6.00 Though I wouldn't go more than $ 4.00- $ 5.00. The Regular bag of cotton candy costs about 25 cents and easily sells for $ 2.00-$ 3.00. The regular Candee Fluff cup easily sells for $ 1.50- $ 2.00 and we sell the Jumbo for $ 4.00 at our events. Cotton Candy is fun and easy to make. Add the sugar, Turn on the motor then the heat and let the floss build up in the bowl. Gently lift the floss with the cones and give it a flip around the cone and you have a serving of cotton candy. You can either hand this off to your customer or put it in a bag or cup to sell later essentially storing up labor for the rushes. The bagged floss will keep for a couple of days and the cups can keep for months in the right conditions. The following equipment is long lasting, has a 2 year parts warranty and in my experience is the best available;
The #3030 Breeze Cotton Candy Machine is a successful re-introduction of the tubular heating element floss machine Gold Medal made back in the 60's. Laser technology, improved motor and heat control design makes the nearly permanent candy floss heating element a viable cotton candy machine. This machine is a little slower than the Super Floss Maxx. Stainless steel cabinet, Aluminum floss bowl, and Whirlgrip stabilizer. 1200 watts, 115 volts. $ 699.00 delivered FREE in the Continental USA.
